This policy explains billing and refunds for ALTIN ERP, operated by ALTIN Digital Systems.
1. Subscriptions
ALTIN ERP is billed as a subscription (monthly or annual), as set out in your plan.
2. Trials and pilots
Where a free trial or pilot is offered, you are not charged during that period.
3. Refunds
If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us within [ 14 ] days of the charge and we will review and, where appropriate, refund the amount. Fees for service already delivered are generally non-refundable.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law.
5. How to request
Email hello@altinerp.com with your account details and the reason. Refunds, where due, are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay.
