These Terms govern use of ALTIN ERP, operated by ALTIN Digital Systems (“ALTIN”). By using the service, the school and its authorised users agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ALTIN ERP is a school-management platform provided on a subscription basis. We may add or change features over time. The platform is under active development, and some modules are offered as they are released.
2. Accounts
Schools are responsible for their account, for the accuracy of the data they enter, for authorising users, and for keeping login credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach or probe security, no uploading of unlawful content, and no use that infringes the rights of others.
4. Customer data and ownership
The school owns its data. You grant ALTIN a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service. ALTIN owns the ALTIN ERP software, designs, and all related intellectual property.
5. Fees and payment
Subscription fees are as agreed in your plan and are payable in advance unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only as needed for the relationship.
8. Term and termination
Either party may terminate as set out in the plan or these Terms. On termination, the school may export its data within a reasonable window, after which we may delete it.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALTIN’s aggregate liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. The specific liability cap is set out in your agreement.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ALTIN against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [ city ], India have jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes takes effect means you accept them.
